Return & Exchange Policy

At The Savvy Shopper, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at Savewithsavvyshopper24.7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions Step 3: Pack items securely in original packaging Step 4: Ship to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Savewithsavvyshopper24.7@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please contact us before returning international orders.
